I have been working as an independent consultant for more than a dozen clients around the Pittsburgh area, as well as a number of clients during the school year in the State College area. I offer a variety of services, so please take a look at what I can do for you.

Tutoring

I am happy to tutor you about anything technology related. This includes, but is not limited to:

Basic computer tasks, such as writing email, using the internet, or backing up files
Using hardware with your computer like scanners or printers
Working with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
Basic photo editing with Adobe Photoshop
Video editing with Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere

System Troubleshooting

We've all encountered it before -- the one problem we just can't seem to fix. There may be that one error message that keeps coming up, or perhaps Microsoft Word won't let you print to your printer. The next time you run into one of those problems, remember that I'm here to help. I'll look into the issue and find a way to fix the problem so your computer will work the way it was meant to.

System Configuration

Ordering a computer can be a big decision, especially if everything sounds unfamiliar to you. I can assist you when ordering your computer to make sure that you get everything that you need, but you don't pay too much. I'll make sure you purchase a computer that fits your needs.
